Active Directory - ASP Classic

I've got an ASP Classic system operating on an Intranet. Several hundred people access it at the same time. It uses Active Directory via an LDAP connection, but every once and a while we get the error:

Provider error '80040e37'
Table Does Not Exist
/Server/Filename.asp, Line 205

I've googled and the results all seem to say the path is incorrect to the Server, however it works 80% of the time.

Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.
