I was reading this thread in the Computer Won't Boot - Malware Related thread and went to click on the link in post #21 so I could look at the MBR dump when I received this message from Avast. Is this a false positive due to the contents of the text file? I'm assuming that Avast just thinks it's a rootkit when it really isn't, but just wanted to be sure.

Microsoft Security Essentials flagged it too. However, I opened it on a VM, and wasn't infected. Since it's served its purpose, I removed it to prevent others from being concerned.
