Hello again. I´ve figured out the problem.
It´s a re-direct by Microsoft to there IE9 download page,
If you go to tools, options advanced general and warn me for re-directs
then it stops happening.
Sorry, should have checked there first.So I have edited this post as it is no longer revelant.
