I use my cell phone as a router for my laptop. In Jan. my service provider went from 3g to 4g and i could not connect. I updated my service and the program too but now I cant hook up. I have talked to provider I talked to phone manufacturer and I have spent all weekend going thru the help and support on my laptop. the only thing i could find in program is to disable the WinSock Client Proxy but I CANT FIND IT CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?
