BSOD and tcpip.sys

I found you guys through a search on my BSOD problem, which started several months ago. It happens a few times a week. I've attached the minidump file from the most recent BSOD.

I'm running Win7 64 bit. I'm getting the BSOD when I'm on the Internet. I use Mozilla, am at the current version. The error message on the BSOD indicates that the problem is in tcpip.sys and that it's an addressing error, which I'm interpreting to mean that it's being indexed out of range.
