seeking advice for...

Well, I seem to live in a dusty apartment. I clean, daily, but because of all the fans in my PC it seems my pc only stays cool a few days out of the week. Lately, my computer seems to just be shutting down. (More detail, it doesnt actually turn off, the screen just goes black, it might be because of a broken fan blade on my processor fan that happened yesterday, but all i could figure is that it would throw it off balance and ruin the bearings faster.) But i noticed after it went black i would open the PC and the graphics card would be VERY hot. So I'm wondering, how would i purchase some really good cooling for a single 5900 graphics card? I only have one, wanted a second but I dont play any games high end enough to support two i think.

Thanks for reading, taking any advice!

edit: right now I'm not playing any games and its at 71 degrees C with 99% activity.
