I appear to have lost virtually all files on my computer--hundreds of photos, documents, etc. Software appears to still be intact. Some folders remain, but they are empty. I attempted two system restores, but they were unsuccessful in retrieving the files. Is this a result of a virus? Can anything be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
