PLEASE, Please Help
Trying to fix a friend pc..... ive reinstalled her Win 98 from scatch after formatting.
fine everthing working upgraded to IE6 and added MSN 7
noe OE works fine and connects, MSN works fine but for some reason IE wont open, on one occasion it did, from the EXE promt in windows explorer, though i was in...no, page wouldnt load. shes using dial up which is fine.

i then reinstalled IE6 from the set up files dougle clicked the icon....Nothing
tried, RUN regsvr32 urlmon.dll. it came up OK
ran various spy and bug trackers, nothing
was wondering if norton anti virus has anything to do with it.
