blue screen random shutdown (tcpip.sys problem)

ok so im getting pretty much the exact same blue screen shutdown as others have posted, just build this 3 days ago, ive updated to windows service pack 1 for win 7 and updated all drivers....nothin im not quite sure where to turn for help so anything you guys can do would be very much appreciated!

Try using Windows' "System Restore" to roll Windows back to a previous state when your computer was functioning correctly:

nothin to restore to only had this system running for 3 days

Tip: Software cannot fix broken hardware.

Reset the CMOS/BIOS to factory settings.

Run diags on both the RAM and HD.

Check to make sure all of the hardware is compatible with Windows 7.

If you made it this far, erase the HD and reinstall Windows 7.
