Hi!

I have a windows 7 home premium 64-bit OS on an hp laptop. I have to use a proxy to connect to the internet (university rules). I have set up my proxy on the LAN settings and when I open my google chrome browser, it asks me for a username and password and it works fine.

The problem is when I use most other programs (like iTunes or internet explorer). When I open, say iTunes, a "Windows Security" window pops up asking me for a username and password. However, under the password, it says "Domain: RAJIV-PC". So of course when I enter the correct username (phvisit) and password it doesn't work and another window pops up telling me that I can either use another account or use the RAJIV-PC\phvisit account (I've attached pictures of the "Windows Securty" windows). Why can't it just forget this whole Domain and RAJIV-PC thing and just let me input a normal username?!?!
