Can't install malware antivirus

I want to install Malware antivirus to my server 2003 std r2. but system keep prompt out "window cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You mau not have appropriate permissions to access the item.

Previously My server is infected virus and trojan, now i wan to install malware antivirus to scan. what can i do for this?

What info do you need, please let me know. Thanks
