I went through alot of different processes to try and remove this garbage.
In the end the actual mypcuninstaller did the job.

I have windows xp pro so I don't know if this will work for other os's although I have removed it from 4 systems now using the same method.

I hope this solves alot of headaches I tried it on a hunch and it worked.
