Get a new BSOD screen view if the last ones.
Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Thanks to Broni for the instructions and program

OK the same error bug check code appears with all the entries and only three files listed as the culprits.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article.)
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

  • Caused By Driver : NETIO.SYS
  • Caused By Address : NETIO.SYS+24fb
  • Caused By Driver : tcpip.sys
  • By Address : tcpip.sys+897a0
  • Caused By Driver : ntoskrnl.exe
  • Caused By Address : ntoskrnl.exe+66580

You have already tested the ram and found no issues there so the problem lays with the drivers themselves and\or the OS.
Please do the following and let me know the results after each set of instructions are completed.

Tutorial for running chkdsk in Win 7 located HERE.

Go HERE and read the tutorial that shows how to do SFC or System File Checker and running in a Elevated Command Prompt in Vista and Win7.

System Restore.
Attempt to restore the system back to a date before the problems started.

Open System Restore by clicking the Start button.
In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore.‌
Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Should but no guarantee of the issue. That also means all data will be lost so make sure you have a backup of your important data before proceeding.
