Access to pay site lost

I have lost access to downloads ( music ) on a pay site. I can access them from other computers but not my home computer. I had been downloading for a few days when all of a sudden the next day I could not. I have checked my security settings - they are fine. Nothing has seemed to change. But when I log on, it indicated I have "off line" privledges only,chat forums and the such. When I move to downloads it says I have entered a restricted area. I just don't know what to trouble shoot on my computer that may be prohibiting access to the downloads.. Very curious problem.
