Toughbook tryout

I have come upon some older Panasonic toughbooks.

The CF 29 or CF 28 used in the 300.00 to 400.00 range.

And the CF 19 for about 900.00 used

My question is are they upgradable? Could I upgrade to a windows 7 and put a larger HDD maybe SSD drive in?

They seem to be pretty good deals but somewhat short on operating systems and storage.

I suppose they would not have SD card readers or WiFi for a wireless connection.

Any ideas or comments.
