Lots of malware, can't scan

Hi guys, just found this website after my pc suddenly went really slow yesterday. I installed spybot search and destroy, I ran a scan and it said 790,000 items found. It got to the end of the scan and said no problems found. I noticed the name of one of the items scanned, was virtumonde. I tried to do a full scan with mcafee, but it stopped after 3 hours at 50%, then I tried to scan with adaware, that I have found to be successful in the past, the program wouldn't load.

I have disconnected the network adapter and won't boot up until I get a response, currently using my iPod to post this.

I'd really apprieciate help with cleaning my pc and advice on any programs to prevent this happening in the future.

Edit: ran superantispyware portable at the same time as running mbam, SAS found 272 problems, and mbam found 0.
