Hey all, I'm on my cousins PC computer and I had brung my external harddrive over and plugged it in, it was working alright untill recently when it and my 4G wireless adapter both stopped being recognized by the computer

the computer is an acer and it is on windows vista

any ideas?

the usb ports somewhat work but now my 4G adapter is lagging on the install and my usb external harddrive will not appear
