Hey people!

My daughters Toshiba Satellite A200 will not power on. When the machine is turned on the blue power light will come on and stay on, the fan will spin up for a couple of seconds and will not stay spinning, the HDD light will flick on then go off, but the machine will not power up. I don't know what is wrong with it. I have tried pulling the ram, and the HDD out and booting, disconnecting the battery and holding the power button for 30 secs then trying to turn on again with battery in. I have tried booting with battery removed and just the power supply plugged in, but nothing.

The board is obviously getting power but it is cutting out.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do to get it running again?
