BSOD: Windows 7 (Dump Files attached)

My PC has been running fine for more than 6 months but in the past few days i kept getting BSODs and boot problems
Ran memtest86 and it said the memory is fine. Switched my antivirus from AVG to Avast to AVIRA and still getting BSODs.
I'm quite lost here, can't tell what's the cause of this.
Here is my Dump Files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
