i cant opean my regional and language bar..... plx plx some 1 help me to open it i use windows 7 32 bit operating system

Hi Rameex,

Go to the Windows Control Panel and then click on "Change keyboards or other input methods" under "Clock, Language and Region" Then go to the "Keyboards and Languages" tab and click on the "Change Keyboards" button and then on the "Language Bar" tab in the "Text Services and Input Languages" dialog and select how you want the language bar to appear.
