I have attempted to download latest version of Adobe Flash Player by following Adobe's instructions but without success.Previously (but probably deleted) earlier versions plus Active X.Any help would be appreciated.I am a silver surfer.Thank you.

uninstall using adobe site:

install both IE and non IE flash versions:
