I see many threads for this issue. I saw a 'warning' not to reboot. I turned my desktop Vista basic computer off last night intended to work on it today. While researching what to do it started an auto-reboot. I held the power button to turn it off. At this time I am not sure if I will be able to access my computer normally or if I'll have boot issues.

I can access online from my Mac laptop. I can transfer needed programs to the desktop by USB drive. I do have to run out for about an hour or two but will check back soon for I do need to finish some work through that computer.

I'm assuming the needed instructions are already here but I'm just not sure which ones to follow.

I appreciate your time and assistance.
