audio problem in win 7

it shows an error called audio service is not running
i have tried running it from service - windows audio service.
and it runs
my problem is after every restart i have to do this
and ya the service is also set to automatic then too it doesnt run and i get a cross on my speaker icon in my system tray (bottom left)
pls help mee

Make sure the following services are also running & set to "Automatic"

•Plug and Play
•Multimedia Class Scheduler
•Windows Audio Endpoint Builder

yes all services are set to automatic.
but when i check device manager i see 3 yellow spots
