FrontPage 2000 -Keeps trying to install

So I know I have this dinosaur version of this program....and I only have to use it literally a few times a year. But it has this annoying popup that comes up SEVERAL times a day during all applications. It says it wants to install...I say NO...then it goes away for about 10 minutes..then it comes back. I don't have the original discs or else I would've done the obvious uninstall-reinstall...

I've run the Detect and Repair...it's the same windows that pop up requesting "Data1.MSI" I've run a search on my hardrive...it's not found. (I know - DUH!)

IS there a similar type program out there that essential will take what I have and use it without me having to rebuild this site?

Help!
