Physical Memory Dump

Win2K performs a physical memory dump sporadically on my machine - When I reboot and log in I see nothing in the Event Viewer that flags me. I have increased the Page File and the Hard Disk has ample space - any suggestions?

FYI
In case anyone else gets this error -
I swapped out the memory stick and that appears to have resolved issue......
