I don't know why this is happening I never used the store but I reinstalled this about 20 times. I know there is an issue resolving one of the addresses of the iTunes store because I remember someone telling me to ping about 4 different names. but I forgot them and I need this fixed asap.

Issue: sign in = unknown error occurred (-50), iTunes store does not load nor does ping.
//As far as I know zone alarm is configured to allow iTunes. Also I have SEP 11.0.6005.562 installed. I know it says it connected but it never connects just attempts to.

**update i tried to run tracert -4 to apple.com and ip 66.151.128.62 was unreachable. Perhaps there lies the fault. There were about three time outs in total.

Report from iTunes i don't know whats wrong someone please help:

I'm not familiar with Symantec Endpoint Protection, but it seems as though that also incorporates a firewall as well. So you might be running into issues since you have two firewalls. Is it possible for you to disable, or better yet, uninstall both programs in their entirety in order to test the connection.

If that solves the problem, then we can go about attempting to create the necessary rules to allow connection to the store.
