keylogger possible on my computer

I think that my computer has a keylogger not sure if that is what it's called. My email program outlook express is sending out spam emails to people in my address book. I've changed my password for my email account several times and it still sending out emails. I have ran spybot program and it found a few sypware and Norton found two viruses but I still have the problem. I would appreciate any help to fix this problem. Thanks
