Need help my lap top is infected with the "MS Removal Tool", continuous pop ups stating the lap top is infected and wants us to purchase the software.
I have tried using malwarebytes, rogue killer and even tried to download AVAST. Each time I try to open these programs they are blocked. I also am having trouple getting on the internet with the lap top. it's intermittent. I also downloaded rogue killer and OTC to my thumb drive and that too was blocked.
