Hi - I am unable to access the internet and I get the message "Windows has detected a problem with the Winsock Provider Catalogue on this computer. This catalogue allows programs to communicate with this computer across the network. Would you like windows to reset the catalogue to the default configeration".

I pressed yes to reset the config, however, it is still the same and again unable to get onto the internet. Can anyone please help me with this.
