Hello, and thank you for reading this.

I am a current member of Ebay.com, and I sell things online using my account. However, when I attempt to do so from this different computer, I am unable to choose item categories and am unable to access other features, because I belive that the Java Applet is failing to load or something. When this occurs, a red "X" on a tan piece of paper appears in the upper left hand corner of the box in which the malfunctioning feature should appear. I have made attempts to reinstall Java on my computer using download.com and Java.com, but my attempts were merely futile. What should I do next? Please help me ASAP, as this is a very frustrating problem.

Thanks in advance,
Gared :tazz:
