picasa on bluray player

bought a blu ray player with built in WIFI. picasa is in VUDU folder. when i get to picasa they want email & password. I use my gmail account. it says login successful but when i try to use picasa I get login failed. Password is not valid anymore. Have no tropuble logging into picasa or gmail on computer. Support at Vizio (player ) or vudu has no answer to this problem. Appreciate any help. removed e-mail address to prevent spam.
