so what's up, you leaving flat ???

I've been waiting 4 you for 2 days and still no reply from you !!!

Sorry I never got a email saying you had replied. Is the issue still happening now or has it changed?

Lets see what you have in your startup

Please click on
Start and then to Run
Type in msconfig and press Enter
Now click on Startups
Please get as many screenshots as needed to show me everything in your startups first.
Then uncheck everything and restart.
IMPORTANT! In case of laptop, make sure, you do NOT disable any keyboard, or touchpad entries.
If system boots correctly and is running smoothly and faster then we have a startup problem
Try going back into msconfig and check one item and reboot
Keep doing that till you have found the problem or all are finally checked.
Post back with the results

Please start your own topic
Your issue is totally unrelated and needs it's own topic to be addressed.
By bumping on someone's topic it makes it confusing for the tech to understand who they are helping. This can in turn cause the wrong support to be given and can cause instability or worse to happen to your system.
Please post more information as to your exact issue in your topic. Include any error messages you get as well as your system specs. This will help us to assist you more efficiently.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Oh my God, I didn't know that you had responded to my last post. Every time I would come back to check to see if you had answered my post of the Log that I posted, I never saw any reply. There is clearly something wrong with my Notifications and even being able to see any last replies.

Give me a change to look at and read your POSTINGS, will be in touch.

rsharffer61:

Help !!!. I am totally confused by the Posts and I don't want to make things worse.

Will you please look at Page 2 of my and your posts and make any corrections that need to be made. It's the way my Replies are falling on the page.

Look at Post #16. I replied to you and now the answer to your post #16 is now #22. I don't understand.

OK lets get together here. Is everything now working correctly for you?

I see nothing set wrong there so the next step is to make sure your email isn't marking it as spam or junk emails.
