double underline, "vibrant ad"

I ran Malware Bytes and it said I was clean, but I am getting double underlined words that, when you hover over them, a word box pops up with "vibrant ad" in the upper right hand or lower left hand corner. I can't see anything on my installed programs, and don't even know if it is a problem. Any help you could give me would be great.
