windows xp wont let me login it logs me out straight away

hi im trying to fix my little sisters notebook its a asus eee notebook pc she got it from her school for free she had viruses on the computer she done a scan removed them and after she restarted she tried to login and it loggs her out straight away she just gets a breif flash of the desktop i have pressed f8 when starting it up and it wont start with anything from there not even safe mode not system restore nothing i have taken it to the school and they say they cant help or do anything about it and i dont know wot to do pls help

I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found ->>>Here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum ->> Here. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
