What type of computer is this? Make and model please.
Is it a Dell, HP, compaq, home built?

Is there a particular reason you are trying to do a re-install?
Do you know if you have a recovery partition on the drive?

What does this mean?

CD in the disk drive and try to boot from CD Drive but it does not work

Are you booting from a known good XP pro cd? It sounds like you are attempting to install from within windows. You can't do that.

That gives us absolutely no information to be able to help you.
Please answer the questions that were asked otherwise we can only guess.

Bad CD
wrong cd
corrupted cd
boot order not correct
bios corrupted
hard drive bad
memory bad
cd drive bad
bad cables,bad main board
you are trying to install from within windows environment....you can't do that.
etc, etc

We need a starting point.

I BURNED A windows xp black ANd IT STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE SAying''' blah blah is missing,

This is a pirated version of software and it will not work.

but it let me install another cd ''lastxp''

What is this?

I TRIED 2 INSTALL A NEW CD AND THIS WHAT HAPPEND.

Does this mean you tried yet a 3rd CD?

Where are you getting the CD's from?
Are you booting from the CD?

CD in the disk drive and try to boot from CD Drive but it does not work,

This statement tells me you are not.

You need to change the boot sequence in bios to allow it to boot from CD.

To change Boot Sequence in your BIOS

Reboot the system and at the first post screen (where it is counting up memory) start tapping the DEL or F1 or F2 or Esc or F10 button
This will enter you into the Bios\Cmos area.
Find the Advanced area and click Enter
Look for Boot Sequence or Boot Options and highlight that click Enter
Now highlight the first drive and follow the directions on the bottom of the screen on how to modify it and change it to CDrom.
Change the second drive to the C or Main Drive
Once that is done then click F10 to Save and Exit
You will prompted to enter Y to verify Save and Exit. Click Y and the system will now reboot with the new settings.

Hopefully you have already put the XP cd in the drive before all this. If everything is setup correctly you will get a black screen with the following message in the upper left corner:

"Push Any Key To Boot To Cd". When you see this then push any key and the cd will take over. Then follow the prompts or if you need assistance we will help.
Reformat and reinstall of XP

C:\WINDOWS|system32\setupORG.exe - FILE NOT FOUOND ! (setupORG.exe -> Original windows setup.exe)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
that sums it up...
without those files your not going to complete the install..
there are several possible reasons for this...
scratched cd...
pirated copy...
a bad burned copy of xp
you really should not get a attitude when people take the time to try helping you for FREE
or they can just add you to their ignored list...
