Hey everyone so I have this Dell Inspiron N5010 and it has a native resolution of 1366x768. Although I feel like this resolution on a 15.6 inch screen kind of sucks because I feel as if everything is too big, and this seems to bug me from time to time.

Is there any way possible that I can make my screen resolution 1920x1080

Have you checked your resolution settings and if so is 1920x1080 a option you can choose?
If not then no you cannot without seeing if there is a newer driver which might allow for that high of resolution. I have not been able to find any mention of the resolution being able to change to the higher settings.

Yep that would seem to be the highest you can set it then.
