installation problem with WoW

It' s the first time i run into this problem, i' ve already reinstalled w@w a couple of times and the license agreement never gave me such problems.
But this time... Posted Image

How am i supposed to scroll down the EULA to accept it if i cant even see it ?
Any suggestions ? I' m realy clueless @_@

Oh almost forgot, i have Windows xp.
