IE 6.0- Close problem(s)

whenever i press the "x" it will close all my IE sessions. when i got file close it will come up with the error

iexplore.exe- application error

The instruction at "0x7d42616" refercened memory at "0x00000003". The memory could not be "read"

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Also this didnt happen before i removed auroa/nail.

edit: oh and usally if the two windows are the same site eg. i have to instances of geeks to go site and close one the other closes, but i have a 3rd open eg. google.com and it wouldnt close. but somtimes they all close.
