Windows Vista won't start

[font="Arial Black"]Hi About a month ago i built a computer. All of a sudden when i turned it on the MSI picture came up like usually, but windows never started loading. It just sits at the MSI screen. I don't know whats wrong. When i built the computer i used an old HDD from my HP and didn't delete anything on it. I also don't have the vista disk. I just added a 1t hard drive a few days before. Please Help.

CPU: AMD Phenom2 x4 965 black edition
MB: MSI 870A-G54
RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 4g
HDD 1: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500g
HDD 2: Western Digital Caviar Green 1T
