Hello Again Comrades,
Recently I posted missing Administration Tools and was kindly assisted by Noob.

Having checked I now find System Tools also missing from the Start Menu. All that is
displayed is 'Internet Explorer, No Add ons.' I have searched and found the same
problem exista on XP but I cannot make the given solution work on Windows 7.

Would appreciate any pointers, Kind Regards, Cigos
