Need Help... New built PC, up and running fine for past 4 months.

Problem: When started PC FANs will run and then the fans all stop and the PSU unit fan stops. The fans run for maybe 4 secs. The LED on the motherboard is still showing a green light that there is power still there, just no activity on anything... The fast shutdown does not even allo for the monitor to start up. There are no beeps coming from motherboard to troubleshoot.

PC System:
XP Pro
P4 550 3.4ghz 1mb cache 800fsb
WD 250gb HD SADA
Power Color Radeon X600 PRO 256mb GRAPHICS
Intel Socket 775 MB
1024mb MB DDR 400mhz
Freezer 7 PCU Cooling Fan
DVD-RW Drive (Sony)
CDRW Drive (Plextor)

Any input is greatly appreciated
