Hello David, welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.popuppers...exe=1&olda180=1

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
C:\PROGRAM FILES\INCREDIFIND <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Common files\updater <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\jfpgpdv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\alchem.exe
C:\WINDOWS\rpyeu.exe
C:\WINDOWS\sszy.exe
C:\Program Files\Web_Rebates <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT <- this folder

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. :D
