Good morning all. First time here, hope I am on the right track. Tried search but it wants words more than 3 characters.

Running housecall virus scanner. It came up with this virus:

The path is:

Housecall gives the message: Can not Access

When I try manuelly to remove it, I get the message: Windows is currently using this application, access denied.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of it.

Thanks for your help.

Try this:

Download Killbox from http://www.downloads...org/KillBox.zip.

Unzip it and run it.

Paste the following path into the box:

Tick the box that says

"End Explorer Shell while deleting"

Then click the button with the white "X" in a red backround.

Your desktop may disapear. This is normal.

Now check to see if the file is still there.

Post back with the results and any problems.
