Trying to clean up my PC

I've run Spybot Search and Destroy and AdAware. Also, my Windows updates are current. I'd like to clean up my PC and get rid of any unnecessary overhead and junk. Please review my log and advise. Thanks very much.

Haven't defragged lately but I recently emptyed my Temp Internet files and my Windows/temp directory.

This is what I do on a daily and weekly basis.

I run: Adaware SE
Spybot Search and Destroy
Search for updates on Spyblaster
Update virus scan
Run Disc clean-up
Run defrag at least once a week
Check for Windows Updates

Go through your Add/Remove programs and see what you don't need. Remove what you haven't used in awhile.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
