Hi, so I work in a public library. We have an HP LaserJet 4350 series printer. It is currently connected to public computers as well as one staff computer. The staff computer recently started printing just blank pages. When the people using public computers print, their pages come out correctly. When I use firefox or Microsoft Office on the staff computer, it prints correctly. However, when I use other programs: Internet Explorer, Horizon, and some others, it acts like it is printing, but the pages that come out are are blank. I don't think anything is clogged since it works with other computers and other programs. The computer we are trying to print from uses Windows XP and the printer is connected to it through a network. I have tried adjusting the paper thickness or type in the printer preferences and that doesn't fix it. I am at a loss. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Geeks2Go!

Please take a look here for possible solutions: http://printers.iyog...lank-pages.html

In particular, the "Print Spooler" mentioned on that page is a likely cause, since the Print Spooler software is a separate installation on each computer.
Therefore, a Print Spooler problem would affect one computer only, the other computers would be unaffected. Re-installing the printer driver on the affected computer can often rectify this problem.
