i've got a jazzy 1113 ats powerchair and the lights are blinking and won't move why is it doing that anybody know why , it is fully charged and never did this before.the strenght bar on the controller is flashing is there wires by the wheels cause it seems like there is a wire loose but i am in a nursing home

Umm there is no need for that.
Though you pm'd me I am including your response here because you came to a computer tech site and asked for assistance for a power chair. I gave you the most obvious answer to your request.
The manufacturer would be the first place to start since they most likely have a thorough error code book which we would not have access to here. If the issue is related to wiring they would have to repair it anyway as we would have no way of knowing the wiring diagram or schematic of the chair.

a 15 second search on google found this...
Normally when all of the lights are flashing when the controller is pushed, but the lights make a right to left then left to right display, then the chair is locked. To fix this just tap the horn button twice. It is an antitheft feature that is activated by holding the power button for five seconds.
