I've been having this problem for a while. I've researched online and even took it to a place the repairs computers twice, but got no help. It doesn't help that they didn't listen. There is wifi in the house that works in every computer but mine. My laptop says it has an excellent connection, but when I try to get online all I get is generic error messages. I took it to Barnes & Noble to try the wifi there and it worked perfectly. Does anyone have any ideas of what they problem could be and how to fix it?

Just the usual one that says it's unable to connect to the Internet that you normally get if you aren't connected. Although, the connection says excellent.
