I should have noticed that in was in Dr.Web.

The pop-up was in IE. It was the only pop-up I got, then I did the scan. That didn't bother me as much as the Internal Power Failure with blue screen did. I thought it was deja vu, but everything seems okay now.

That may be a driver issue
