My computer got infected this morning and I am unable now to connect to the Internet. Message says that both Firefox and I.E. are infected with Trojan-BNK.WIN32.Keylogger.gen

I have McAfee Total Protection, and having ran a scan of my system, McAfee says there is no problem.

Can anyone advise away to remove this from my laptop, remembering that I am unable to connect to the net
