In trying to delete some pre-installed programs, I received the message 'You require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder'. As I'm the only user and have administrator privileges, I can't figure out how to access this program and uninstall it.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 16 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
If not please let us know and we can continue with helping you to resolve the issue.

No, I haven't resolved the issue. As it's not critical to running my computer (I was just trying to clean up some of the pre-installed software), I've simply moved on.

Thanks for the follow-up.
